Man charged with burglary
SEBRING Running around a neighborhood and acting erratically apparently didnít get a man arrested, but sticking his hand through a window did, an arrest report released Tuesday said. William Paul Ward II, 21, 3301 Desoto City Road, Sebring, was arrested May 11 by the Highlands County Sheriffís Office and charged with burglary of an occupied dwelling. The report said that Ward was acting erratically and running through a neighborhood while possibly intoxicated. During that time, Ward was accused of crossing a fence, approaching an open window and sticking his arm into it, the report said. When a woman inside the house started yelling, Ward ran, the report added.
