Are the days of early retirement already over?
Between 1946 and 1964, 78 million Americans were born. Many retired at 55 from big companies like Ford or IBM, or took military and civil service pensions.
However, this is the 401(k) generation. Today, some expect to work the rest of their lives because they put away too little money for old age.
Will Social Security and your savings cover your golden-age bills? Or do you just hope do find a job that is less demanding?
