I've been told that covering the 12 Hours of Sebring is a bit like doing a marathon. It's not about how fast you go or the snags you encounter along the way - all that matters is that you finish. Preferably without too painful of a sunburn.
This will be my first time covering auto racing, thus making the whirlwind ride that is race week that much more exciting. Or chaotic. I'm not sure yet.
But hang with me and Highlands Today and I promise you'll be treated to unique coverage of all the action, breaking news, and day-to-day progress that is the 62nd 12 Hours of Sebring Fueled by Fresh from Florida.
Buckle up. It's going to be a wild ride.
