Jail escapee Michael Parham is believed to be in the general area of Warren County, according to a Saturday afternoon update from Pennsylvania State Police.
Command of the operation was transferred from the Warren City Police to the Pennsylvania State Police Friday night.
“We urge the public to keep their residences, outbuildings and vehicles secure at all times.” Triforce said in a statement issued on Saturday.
“Several areas have been checked and the public should continue to expect to see an increased law enforcement presence throughout Warren County.” The report explained.
“We have no reason to believe Barham has left the public domain.” An update says Saturday afternoon. “Barham is a self-taught survivalist with military training and could be in a wooded area.”

The U.S. Marshals Service has added a $7,5000 reward — on top of $2,000 from Warren County Crime Stoppers — for information leading to his arrest.
