According to Entertainment tonight, “Brittney can be argumentative at times, but she felt Sam didn’t let her do too many things without him,” a source told the outlet. They continued, “Before Britney’s conservatorship ended, Sam was very supportive. After it was over, Britney felt more free, but that changed based on some of the dynamics in her relationship with Sam.

A second source was revealed ET, “Brittney felt her relationship with Sam had changed after her conservatorship ended. Before it ended, Britney was in a routine, but once she became independent, a lot changed. They added: “Brittney wanted to embrace her independence and Sam felt he couldn’t handle it. Brittney would never let another person control her, and she felt it was starting to happen again.
